Our Yoga & Brunch is a beautiful choice for couples, friends or sisters who don’t always want the same kind of holiday.
If one of you loves starting the day on the yoga mat, while the other prefers to sleep in, go for an early swim, or take a morning bike ride, this week gives you both exactly what you need.
You meet for brunch, share time, stories and good food. It is designed as a gentle daily ritual. A moment to come together, move your body, share food and connection… and then let the rest of the day unfold exactly as you wish.
Yoga to wake your body, calm your mind
Each morning begins with a 1.5-hour yoga session, guided with care and attention.
The practice blends movement, breath and relaxation, leaving you feeling awake yet grounded.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner, the sessions are designed to feel welcoming and easeful. You’re invited to listen to your body, move at your own pace and let the practice support you in waking up, softening and finding your natural rhythm for the day.
Brunch that feels like a celebration
After yoga, you’re welcomed to a long, colourful brunch table. Fresh fruit, creamy Greek yoghurt, homemade bread, local cheeses, salads, eggs and seasonal dishes. Eten that is nourishing, generous and full of flavour.
Coffee made with love, fragrant teas and refreshing juices accompany the meal. Brunch is unhurried, shared and abundant. A time to sit back, laugh, connect and simply enjoy being there. It’s not just a meal; it’s part of the experience.

Yoga & Brunch is for those who love togetherness without obligation. We meet in the mornings to practice and share food, and then the day is yours, each following your own rhythm. It’s a gentle structure that invites you to slow down, savour the moment and let Kos do the rest.
And yes, it’s a wonderful choice for couples too.
This programme is all about freedom and balance. We offer a beautiful beginning and you choose how the rest unfolds. Explore the island by car or bike, wander along the coast, discover hidden beaches or lose yourself in the streets of Kos town.
Enjoy a slow lunch at a seaside taverna, rest in the shade of an olive tree, or dive into the clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
As evening arrives, you might find yourself watching the sunset with your feet in the sand a simple, perfect ending to a day that was entirely your own.
