Yes, absolutely. Our retreats are open to everyone — whether you’ve never done yoga before or you already practice regularly. The classes are guided with care and offer options, so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. You don’t need any prior experience to join.

Days begin with morning yoga, followed by a nourishing breakfast. After that, the day is open. Time to rest, explore the island, swim, read, or simply enjoy being. Depending on the retreat, there may be an activity or a second yoga session in the late afternoon or evening. Dinner is shared and relaxed. There’s plenty of space throughout the day to do your own thing.
Morning sessions are usually a Hatha flow style: steady, grounding and energising. Afternoon or evening sessions are more restorative, often Yin, focused on relaxation and unwinding. The emphasis is on awareness, breath and feeling good in your body, not on performance or perfect poses.
