Yoga
You’re very welcome to join whether you have never done yoga before or you are a regular practitioner, the classes are tailored to individual needs. During this week there are 6 yoga sessions.
Yoga sessions in the mornings are a more active Hatha flow class while the late afternoon sessions are a relaxing Yin session. On arrival day there is a practice in the late afternoon followed by dinner and on the departure day there is breakfast in the morning and then it’s time to say goodbye.
Awakening
Every morning, before your yoga session, we have an invigorating ginger shot prepared for you. Next you will start the day on your yoga mat while enjoying the calm breeze and the first sunbeams. After this wonderful morning session, breakfast will be waiting for you. The buffet will include a diverse range of options where flavour is key. Our products are sustainable, local, organic and made with love. Of course, a perfectly brewed coffee or delicious herbal tea is included.
Free time
After breakfast, you will have all the time to yourself, and you are able to explore the island. We can always recommend places to go see, things to do or places to eat. Just ask and we’ll help you out!
Evening
In the early evening there is a yoga session with a view of the sun setting. Afterwards we serve a delicious world infused style dinner, prepared by our kitchen staff. Again, based on sustainable, local and organic products. At dinner we serve a homemade lemonade, but our bar will be open for other options.

All activities are optional. You may also take extra resting days. You will have all the time to do what you like, relax, go to the beach, for coffee in town or relax in one of our hammocks.
Kiting
Whether you’re an experienced kite surfer or are a total stranger to it but ready to give it a go, we’ve got you covered. Together with Kitesurfing Kos we have a special program worked out.
For the beginners we offer a trial course which contains 1 morning of approximately 4 hours in total of learning the basics of the kite, the safety rules and some body dragging. The next step will be the real deal; getting on that board which is part of the beginners course; the follow up of the trial. Depending on your wishes and the wind this could be scheduled 1 or 2 mornings.
Already know your way around on the water? There are plenty of opportunities so get your gear and have a great time kiting on the Aegean sea.
No wind? No problem! We have plenty of alternatives like stand up paddling or the latest addition to watersports: wing foiling.
Kite surfing demands a whole different way of using your body which makes it a fantastic addition to your yoga holiday experience. You get the best of both worlds!
Feel the wind through your hair, experience the strength of your body and indulge yourself in a new adventure.
SUP
Always wanted to try a SUP-session? One morning we’ll take you Stand Up Paddle boarding, it will be a lot of fun with the benefit of a full-body workout. Some good laughs are guaranteed. This activity is included but not mandatory.

Six yoga sessions (60-75min), visit to the hot springs and sunset meditation, 2 Kitesurf lessons, Stand Up Paddleboarding session.
