You’re very welcome to join whether you have never done yoga before or you are a regular practitioner, the classes are tailored to individual needs. The maximum participants in the group is 17. During this week there are 12 yoga sessions.
In the mornings we start the day with a more active Hatha/Vinyasa flow class while the afternoon yoga is a relaxing Yin/Restorative session. On arrival day there is a practice in the late afternoon followed by dinner and on departure days there is a yoga session in the morning before breakfast.

Floating in Therma
One evening after dinner we go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. While the sun goes down and the stars come out, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats in the background.
Sunset meditation
The sunset meditation at Hippocrates Altis where we take you for the last evening together will be very special. It is close to the Asklepion, the sacred place of Hippocrates, father of Medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation an unforgettable experience.

Hiking
On two late afternoons, instead of the yoga session, you will explore Kos together with the group and make some fantastic hikes through beautiful, unspoiled nature. During the hikes you can unwind and enjoy the nature and scenic views and it will energize your spirit.
The hikes take about 2 hours. we’re not going rock climbing but it’s not a stroll in the park either. We will take you up in the mountains and it will take some effort to enjoy the amazing views. But believe us, it’s worth it.

Do what you like
During this week, there are seven yoga sessions. Always wanted to try a SUP session? One morning we”ll take you Stand Up Paddle boarding, it will be a lot of fun with the benefit of a full-body workout. Some good laughs are guaranteed. The ancient Greeks used wine both as food and as medicine so why not try some of the most delicious Koan wines at a family-run winery we will visit.
How does soaking up sunshine, swimming and snorkeling sound? You will go on a boat trip and visit some wonderful islands in the Aegean Sea. On the way there is a swim break to dive into the turquoise blue water and to enjoy a rich Greek lunch on board.Sample daily schedule

This Restore and Revitalise yoga holiday is for people who who have gone through a physically difficult time. With the goal to give you some extra strength and energy.
During these days, we offer gentle yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions that are designed to meet your needs. You will receive massage treatments for body and mind. This and all the other activities are specially for you to just experience a relaxing holiday on a Greek island.
Food
Kos is the island of Hippocrates, the father of medicine who said: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”
We believe that eating should be a pleasure and that is why we serve delicious, nutritious food. Every morning we prepare a fresh fruit or vegetable wake up juice for you. After your wonderful 90 minutes morning yoga and meditation session, a healthy breakfast will be served in the garden. You can make your own breakfast bowl with plant-based yoghurt, tasty granola, various types of nuts and seeds, dried fruit and fresh fruit salad. There is oatmeal, freshly baked bread, jam and other toppings for your breakfast sandwich. You can squeeze your own fresh orange juice, try different herbal teas and we’ll be happy to make you a freshly ground coffee.The rest of the day, you will have all the time to do what you like and we’ll give you recommendations for the best places to go. In the early evening you have another 60 minutes gentle relaxing Yin/Restorative yoga session with a view of the sun setting.
On six evenings we serve a delicious plant-based Greek style dinner, prepared on-site by our chef. Everything fresh and we prefer to use local products. You’re welcome to bring one of your own newly discovered Greek wines. The good company and atmospheric lanterns with lights in the trees will create unforgettable evenings.

Floating in Therma
One evening after dinner we go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. While the sun goes down and the stars come out, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats in the background.
Sunset meditation
The sunset meditation at Hippocrates Altis where we take you for the last evening together will be very special. It is close to the Asklepion, the sacred place of Hippocrates, father of Medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation an unforgettable experience.

The massage therapies are designed to help you gently let go of tensions, reconnect with your body, release your emotions and settle your mind. By gently bringing mind and body back into balance you will be better placed to recover your health and vitality.
