Yoga & Pilates
You’re very welcome to join whether you have never done yoga or Pilates before or you are a regular practitioner, the classes are tailored to individual needs. The maximum participants in the group is 17. During this week there are 6 yoga and 6 Pilates sessions.
Pilates sessions are in the mornings while the late afternoon sessions are a yoga practise. On arrival day there will be a yoga practice in the late afternoon followed by dinner and departure days there will be a Pilates practice in the morning before breakfast.

Every morning, before your Pilates session, we prepare a delicious fresh juice for you. You will start the day on your mat while enjoying the fresh air and the first sunbeams. After this wonderful morning session, breakfast will be waiting for you. You can make your own breakfast bowl with plant-based porridge, tasty granola, various types of nuts and seeds, dried fruit and fresh fruit salad. There is oatmeal, freshly baked bread, jam and other toppings for your breakfast sandwich. You can squeeze your own fresh orange juice, try different herbal teas and we’ll be happy to make you a freshly ground coffee.

Rest of the day
The rest of the day, you will have all the time to do what you like and we’ll give you recommendations for the best places to go. In the early evening you have a lesson with views of the sunset. After this wonderful session, you can enjoy a delicious plant-based Greek style dinner, prepared on-site by our chef. Everything fresh and we prefer to use local products. At dinner it’s ‘bring your own booze‘. Always nice to try newly discovered Greek wines.
Floating in Therma
One evening after dinner we go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy. While the sun goes down and the stars come out, it is wonderful to float in the warm water with the sounds of the mountain goats in the background.
Sunset meditation
The sunset meditation at Hippocrates Altis where we take you for the last evening together will be very special. It is close to the Asklepion, the sacred place of Hippocrates, father of Medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere makes this meditation an unforgettable experience.

All activities are optional. You may also take extra resting days. You will have all the time to do what you like, relax, go to the beach, for coffee in town or chilling at our pool.
